Re: What Seat did you get? (2018)

The PDF ticket is a row behind the one I actually bought.

I'm guessing we all go with the PDF ticket we got, right?

Discovery Screen Recommendations

What are people thinking of seeing on the Discovery Screens?

I missed 'Tigers Are Not Afraid' at Frightfest Glasgow.

Any Good?

Re: Goodbye. Doesn't feel like FrightFest anymore.

I'm surprised there aren't any screenings of classic horror films. Esp as Arrow have loads of titles in their back catalogue. Would be great filler for those TBA slots? ;)

Re: Goodbye. Doesn't feel like FrightFest anymore.

I always find that I get surprised by a film at frightfest. There’s always the ones that people are raving about and wanting to see eg Halloween remake or Suspiria (me included). And then it’s generally something shown in the afternoon (eg lowlife, let the right one in, the signal - the one with the...

Re: Best and worst film?

Best - Lowlife.
Just brilliant, entertaining, funny, unpredictable, and quite emotional. Superbly acted. I could go on.

Worst (in a very strong lineup) - Terror of Hallows Eve.
For being average.

Re: Discovery Screen Tickets

If anybody has 2 free tickets that they don't want for 'our evil' on the sun showing please please could I have them?

Sadly despite having two weekend passes, the system wouldn't let me get any free discovery tickets saying 'free passes are only for weekend or day pass holders' :s

Movies For August 2017 Fest

Thought I'd get the ball rolling. What's everybody hoping for, or think will be on in August? Only things I can think of are; 1. IT remake - intrigued to see what this would be like 2. Killing Ground - another Aussie survival film which got some buzz for grizzly subject matter at Sundance 3. Safe Ne...

Would any of the films at the London Film Festival be repeated?

Raw seems to be getting solid reviews

Re: Beyond The Walls

One of the best of the festival. Very atmospheric, with great sets. The last episode was emotional. Great to see it on a big screen.

Does anyone know what the song was that featured in the title sequence?
