Probably took it's cue from Driller Killer's "This film should be played loud" of which this was a cover version.

Re: Frightfest: Beneath the Dark Heart of Cinema
Wasn’t 2012 the year that had - I think - The critic Kim Newman being heavily critical of the line up of movies so much so that he dubbed it “Rapefest”? This was the year of Seasoning House, Hidden in The Woods etc? This probably didn’t help the behind the scenes tension. Yes. Although the word "ra...

Re: Frightfest: Beneath the Dark Heart of Cinema
For those of us who didn't see the doc, dare we ask what was going on in 2012? Re: DARK SCREEN?
Having only projected on "normal" screens with old film projectors, it is possible this dark screen phenomena may be linked to the "not an imax experience" warning. Well, it would be a pity if we have to suffer an inferior picture due it being an Imax screen - however I didn't have this issue last ...

Re: BRING BACK THE Q & As
Anyone know why they have stopped them, what problem they are trying to solve? From the Newsletter : There is one major change to FrightFest proceedings this year. We will only be hosting specially selected post-final credits Q&As at the end of a few films. Instead, every movie with star talent att...

DARK SCREEN?
Anyone else finding the projection in the main screen "underlit"?
Like the brightness setting is too low?
In some scenes it's hard to tell what is going on
