Selling on weekend pass?
Hi Guys We have a situation where we may have a spare weekend pass. Short of getting money back (which means losing the booking fee) what's the position with respect to selling it on. As when I booked the seat I had to specify name and email address... making it hard to sell on presumably Full story...

Re: FrightFest ticketing 2015
Isn't that the same thing though Ian? 5% per ticket or 5% per transaction?

Re: FrightFest ticketing 2015
When will you be announcing the ticket agents as one of the biggest pains I find with buying tickets online (or anything for that matter) is most places don't have a guest checkout so you then have to register etc. just thinking we could potentially pre register - this would save time and also speed...

Plus as I have built websites - even I don't use Muse - I may be able to suggest ways to navigate etc.

Re: Help wanted
Shame site is in Muse. Very conversant in Wordpress.
However I am good at proof reading from my years of working as a print designer of books, mags etc. So could be of help there if that's of any use Ian

Re: FrightFest ticketing 2015
Always pay with cash in person - and am organised enough to get the money from my compatriots for whom I buy tickets beforehand. It's just easier and quicker and no problem with banks, credit card companies etc etc.

Re: FrightFest ticketing 2015
It seems to me that the "issue" is twofold in order to go ahead with any kind of Sleepy Queue this year 1. Having a place to actually have the Sleepy Queue itself - shame the Vue can't let you have the bar area over night and each arrivee gets a numbered ticket which is the order they will...

Re: FrightFest 2015 dates for you diary
Here's a 'wrinkle' where having in person ticket buying is a help... One of the reasons I come up to purchase my tickets for our small group is in order to get aisle seats. Now with 3 screens there is the potential that in say one screen all the aisle seats sell out. So you get to the counter the pe...

Re: Ticket payment options?
As said above showing the same film from one ingested DCP is not an issue I understand the problem created by having the same films at the same time but why can't you still stagger them by 15 mins then you can have intro in each screen and a 15 min q and a at the end and they can then run to the nex...

Re: Ticket payment options?
Having some kind of password for forum users seems to me potentially even more 'elitist' than the sleepy queue. So if I'm not a forum regular I don't get to go - having attended every fest since it started :-) I still hope you can sort out some kind of in person option and I know you asked in anothe...

Always pay in cash as easier and quicker and as I buy for myself and a couple of compatriots I can get their money beforehand.

Re: We are taking questions about FrightFest 2014
I know it has been indicated that it is likely that whilst you stay in the same seat for the duration - as before - that the films will possibly be shown in different orders dependent on which screen you are in. I know it is technically possible to show films across several screens so wouldn't it ma...
