Re: FrightFest 2015 dates for you diary

How about you show or email your pass from 2014 and get the same seat? Remaining seats go online.

Re: Vue vs. Empire

I think it ran the smoothest it ever has and it was kept ticking over well. I did miss out on seeing some people but that always happened before. Top tip go straight to the top floor for a pee it's always empty.

Re: Frightfest 2015

How about a Discovery Screen pass? A lot of people prefer to spend their time in the Disco screens why not give them the option to spend a weekend there? Just a couple of rows to test it out. And it could reasonably free up a seat or two in the main screens. Or a main screen minus disco option that'...

Re: We are taking questions about FrightFest 2014

Is it the same films each day just at different times or will the films vary by day? i.e. Found Footage Rapey Revenge 2 is Friday on one screen but Monday on another

Maybe even name the screens the Alan, the Ian and the Paul? Pic of Humphreys illustrations of you on the pass?

Re: FrightFest 2014

Speculating on Frightfest films is one of my favourite pastimes. I keep an ever evolving list here.

Re: We are taking questions about FrightFest 2014

Will the passes be colour coded to signify the screen so I don't turn up to find someone has decided to take my seat before the film/Q&A they want to see but some how failed to select or missed out on?

Re: FF Glasgow 2013

What a dull world it would be if I agreed with you and you agreed with me. Loving, liking and hating films at Frightfest is all part of it. Experiencing them with the crowd is the best part. I have met people who have loved the films I loved, loathed the films I loved and I've hated the ones they've...

Re: London 2012 Accommodation

Travelstay is £227, pay a deposit of £28, rest on arrival. It's a joke they have put up the prices so much when the place is nothing short of a sh*thole with dodgy showers and shared toilets. Kris on the Year Of Giallo Frightfest I stayed for one night at The Walrus. It was Dickensian. HHH looks li...

Re: London 2012 Accommodation

Are the games not finished by then and it's before the Paralympic Games too. Robbing sods. Anyway I booked HHH because it's not that much dearer and I know who'll be there. If I don't see you at Glasgow I'll see you August.

The Devil's Business

It's not bad, but for a full feature there isn't enough happening and it is all talk for about the first half. http://streetrw.blogspot.com/2011/09/devils-business.html I disagree with Richard on this one, I thought the slow build up of dread was well handled, leading to a genuinely freaky ending t...

Deadheads

My last film of the fest as I ended up in the pub with the Deadheads gang. I liked the change of pace and it made me smile.
