I think the slow vibe really worked for the film, the slow moving zombies added to the feel of the movie, it was a 'beautiful' looking film which was very unique, also have to say the special effects were horrific as they had such a realism to them not like some of that big budget over the top CGI h...

Having said that The Dead was really capturing, the scenery was great and yes i heard someone say switch your mobile off or something but the film looked such a strong mix of beauty and darkness that it didnt end up making a difference! Great film, hate mobiles!

I think The Dead had something none of the other films had, it was a real approach with emotion and some great special effects and the beautiful locations were just the best, simply breathtaking, it was a beautiful horror!
