Re: Films You Want for Glasgow FrightFest 2014

I'd quite like some kind of nod towards THE PROFANE EXHIBIT, even if it's just teaser footage or a trailer!

Re: Painless

We saw this first time round when there were issues with the print. Didn't find it that distracting once I'd sort of trained my eyes to it, though.

Really loved it, thought everything married together neatly and thought some of the performances were exceptional.

Re: BEST FILM poll

Voted Painless and Big Bad Wolves.

Am I being blind or is Contracted missing from the list? Thought that was a wee dark horse, really liked it.

Re: 5 most anticapated films?

1. You're Next - Could be this year's Sinister. Can't wait. Film everyone should see - Odd Thomas. Donnie Darko meets Scott Pilgrim and great fun. Should bring the Monday afternoon house down. I absolutely LOVE Sinister. Re-watched it the other night for the first time since I got it on DVD, went i...

Re: 5 most anticapated films?

1. You're Next - this looks so far up my street it's unreal 2. For Elisa - everything I've seen, read and heard about this makes it sound like it's going to be a palpable hit for me. 3. Big Bad Wolves - hadn't really given this too much thought until I watched the trailer. Looks totally hypnotic. 4....

Re: Going it Alone

I sat next to a man from Aberdeen at Glasgow, so I suspect it could be you?! You mentioned that some of the Sawney locations were places you occasionally walk through.... Look forward to seeing you again in London! YES! That was me! My band played a gig in the venue that features at the start of th...

Re: Saturday in main screen. Thoughts?

My Saturday right now is a straight split down the middle (assuming I can get tickets for the Disco 1 screenings I'm after). First three in Disco 1, last 3 in the main screen. Don't really have especially high hopes for RIPD, but the alternatives aren't jumping off the page at me and I'm quite a big...

Re: Going it Alone

Hi guys... I'm coming down for the festival this year from Aberdeen, it's my first time to the full festival (decided I couldn't miss out after I had so much fun at the Glasgow event in February - also a first for me!) and I'm going it alone, so it's nice to come across a thread like this after stum...
