Ugh thanks for making me sad that this isn't happening!
Im not sure the FF funds would stretch to Jamie Lee Curtis.
I'll pitch in a fiver.

Re: 2018 Lineup Announced

Against my better judgement, I actually really want to see Bad Samaritan (hello robert sheehan! hello david tennant!) so am bummed that it clashes with Summer of 84 cos I want to stay in the main screen for the first day at least. Overall though I reckon the lineup looks better than the last few yea...

Re: FrightFest has a new home for 2016

I'm all for the entire cinema takeover and on site Wetherspoons! Alas the distance means I'm unlikely to do the full weekend this year. As lame as it sounds, two night buses taking over an hour and a half on a bank holiday weekend is a bit daunting for a lone female. That said, if I could afford acc...

Absolutely gagging for this. Not that past years fill me with confidence, but I'm still hoping for Crimson Peak as the closing film.

Re: MAIN SCREEN / DISCO CLASH HELP

My big clash quandary is going to be Open Windows versus Nightmare on Elm Street with Robert Englund in attendance. I have really high hopes for Open Windows but could be building myself up for disappointment, and would be seriously mad at myself if I missed the Elm Street screening for something th...

Re: Seating

I'm just gonna spend Friday night studying the timetable, ie. what clashes with Disco screen films and just what shows when! It's just about getting the balance right to minimise the risk of falling asleep/needing a break during the films you really want to see, so screen choice will all be harking ...

Wouldn't mind seeing Franck Khalfoun's Amityville after what he did with Maniac but I think that's still in the casting stages?

Re: FrightFest 2014

Seeing as the screen isn't even half way to being finished, I have the horrible feeling we wont know until the sleepy queue. Well that's a worrying thought! Surely we'll know how it works before forking out? I realise that doesn't sound very die-hard of me but I seriously hope we'll know in advance...

Re: FrightFest 2014

I'm actually bang up for having the largest screen retained for weekend pass holders only with the benefits of getting all the special guests etc. Not only would it mean fewer empty seats and therefore a better atmosphere, but we'd be being rewarded for being forking out the most time and cash which...
