Re: How to gift Digital ticket

That's brilliant - thank you.

:)

Edit., there was a gift option to purchase a ticket through which made it even easier :)

How to gift Digital ticket

Hi,

My grandson turned 18 today and I'd always planned to gift him a Festival Pass for this years October all-nighter.

Instead, I now wish to gift him a Pass for the digital event.

Am I able to buy two and email him one?

Cheers,

Sue

Re: HOW TO WATCH

I've had a look at what browsers are supported and Microsoft Edge isn't featured. Is this likely to cause an issue? Quite likely. Microsoft has a track record of releasing browsers incompatible with established standards and requiring special code to do what every other browser does just fine (ther...

So.… is it download tickets I go to? Please tell me what you did and how it works. I will owe you a coffee/beer/soft drink - delete as appropriate. I do not want to mess this up! Hi Sue, I've just looked: go to MyAccount on the ticketing site (top right), then you'll see 'My Tickets' listed, then c...

Re: NEWBIE help!

Have a look at the film schedule for that day as it will detail all the screens and what films are showing. As DJBenz said, you will be in the Horror Channel screen, and the seat in that screen is your for every film shown on Saturday. There are 3 Discovery Screens; Cineworld, Prince Charles 1 and P...

Tickets bought - share later - how to share?

Okay, I've bought two tickets, one on a share later basis and now I need to give the ticket to my friend.

Do I do this by inviting him?

Or do I download the tickets and send one to his email address.

Purchasing was the smoothest experience ever - five mins instead of three and a half hours!

Re: 2018 Lineup Announced

So far, I've not been able to access the details of any film - I've tried several times :( Like FranksWildYears, I need to avoid found footage or first person films. Watching the trailers is an essential part of identifying those films I cannot watch. Ho hum, hopefully the links will be working soon...

Buying two tickets

Hi, This year, I need to buy a Festival Pass for myself and for a friend of mine. How does this work once we're at the event as, presumably, both will be in my name? Also, how will this affect buying Discovery screen tickets i.e. will my friend be able to book his own, or will I have do book them bo...
