I'm unable to go so saw the line-up and thought, "fair enough, nothing that looks interesting."
From the lack of commemts I'm guessing that most people are equally underwhelmed.

Re: Discovery screen tickets
Was easy for me, but one of my mates is having difficulties as it won't accept my surname, but he is definitely has a different ticket number to the one I used. Although he's at work now so will have to wait til this evening.

Re: Discovery screen tickets
Literally having no luck with this whatsoever, keeps wanting money and also keeps kicking me out to the back of the queue. Any hints guys? Got a day pass for each day not a festival pass... Have you entered your surname and ticket number/s? If you click on the passholders option maybe that also app...

Re: Question about tickets purchased
Presumably not officially as I don;t see how that would work. I was going to ask people I knew if there were any films that they weren't interested in and wanted to swap seets where there were a couple of films I wanted to see on 2 screens (or 3 screens at one point). That's the trouble with the di...

Re: Discovery screen tickets
Main screen seats have never been sold off in the past so why would they do it this year?? The whole point is that you get the seat for the entire weekend. Stop worrying, folks!

Re: Food Feedback
Hey everyone I was wondering if anyone knows of any good veggie places or restaurants catering to both meat eaters (for my friends) and veggies placed near Leicester Square. I am a West Londoner so God only knows why I haven't found a place yet, but I haven't. Last time I was at Fright Fest I was a...

Re: Accommodation over the weekend
LSE Northumberland House are offering a 15% discount if you book four or more nights. I got a single en suite room for a week for £460ish, which for West End prices is mega cheap. There are kitchens on each floor where you can prepare food and huge fridges to store it in (no students about so it's ...

Re: Tube Strike Planned
My train's due to get into Euston at 16:15, am I better off hoofing it to LSE Northumberland House or chancing trying to get one of the last tubes of the day? I'd suggest just walking. Most of central London is quick enought to walk through - at peak times, especially when I'm wearing a suit in the...

Re: Films for Frightfest August 2015
Trailer just released for 'Howl' (2015) which is directed by Paul Hyett (director of 'The Seasoning House' and part of the makeup effects team behind 'The Descent', 'The Children' and 'Eden Lake'). I'm pretty certain we will get this...shame the CG looks TERRIBLE for those shots of the train going ...

Re: Is Frightfest becoming 'trendy'?
I think the point about more mainstream films in recent years is way off the mark. There were maybe 2 - 3 years with no mainstream films, but that's it. Traditionanlly the mainfilm for each day has always been a more mainstream/studio film. For me this the same as the complaints about FF losing out ...

It was essentially a feature length episode of Charmed! That's not a good thing.

Re: Thoughts on FrightFest @ Vue so far..
On the whole didn;t really feal that different from previous years. I only missed one thing, and that was the traditional OTT last film . How about having three films chosen for the last slot of the night and then rotating them between the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

Re: Among the Living
I loved Inside so had high hopes. But I just felt that the tone was not right. Started off quite well. One or two moments of gore, but the majority off screen - an I thought the death by foot was pretty silly. Once Klarence was revealed he did not look particularly freaky or such like. A damp squib....
