Re: Good behaviour
My mate and I were in seats M19 and M20 - lots of FF love to the great couple (American girl and her other half) to our right and also the guy to my left - all were great company throughout. I didn't see a single mobile phone during screenings, people were quiet and I really felt the FF vibe. Thanks...

Re: Breaks
I found the breaks pretty managable to get a drink, fresh air and a toilet stop between films. My mate and I picked a film to miss each day to get a proper feed in; that coupled with a large breakfast before the screenings started each day did us proud. I agree with the earlier comment that the only...
Re: Bottom 5
There were only three that I really didn't like, each to their own though:
1) The Theatre Bizarre
2) The Wicker Tree
3) A Lonely Place To Die.
I'm glad to say I had a hard time narrowing down the films I loved into a top 5. Overall an amazing lineup.

SPOILERS:
Yes, the wife had the chance early on in the film to attack the husband and free The Woman - the audience is left to wonder whether she will or not - but ultimately she bottles it. I think this is why she ended up losing her face!

Re: The Wicker Tree
Huge disappointment. Massive plot holes and inconsistencies throughout. Just poor all round. I didn’t expect The Wicker Man, but I did at least expect something worthwhile.
Re: Top 5
My Top 5:
1. The Woman,
2. Innkeepers,
3. Tucker & Dale v Evil,
4. Troll Hunter,
5. Fright Night.
I really didn't expect to have Fright Night in there before FF started, but I thought it was great (apart from the 3D). Still, The Woman for me was the best of FF 2011, closely followed by Inkeepers.

Re: BEST film of DAY 4?
Inkeepers, as close to a perfect "ghost" movie as you'll ever see. Expert direction and convincing acting.

The Woman, my film of FF 2011.
I thought Day 3 was very strong overall.

Re: BEST film of DAY 1
I'd never have believed it before FF started, but for me it had to be FD5! Where better to watch it than at FF.

I thought I was all "zombied out" for a good few years, but will definately watch this one - looked to be very funny!

Re: Tucker & Dale vs EVIL
Brilliant fun - laughs and gore aplenty! Goes to show that a horror/comedy done well can be a wonderful thing, it's just hard to do to this standard.
SPOILER:
Thought I was going to cry with laughter during the "wasp nest / chainsaw" scene!

Re: The Woman
My film of the festival. It's exactly the calibre of horror I want to see at Frightfest. Riveting throughout with brilliant direction and acting. Days later I haven’t stopped thinking about it.

Re: A Lonely Place to Die
I wanted to like this one, but was very disappointed. SPOILERS: How Melissa George's character survived that fall at all, let alone possessed the ability to swim and then do some cross country running is probably only known by the director. Someone else broke their leg but managed to run for a bit a...
