Re: Frightfest 2013 Trailer Boss Attack

Updated the blog post with the most up to date listing and trailers.

Really impressed with the complete listing, probably the best frightfest lineup in years :).

Hi there,

Thanks, definitely if you have any of the others :). I'm updating the post with the few that I missed from the full list that was put up later on Friday, have another read and if there are any I've missed I'll stick them up and namecheck you :).

Re: VHS 2 - do I or don't I?

Definitely wait to watch it at the festival. I wasn't a big fan of the previous film, only really a couple of the stories that were strong enough to be worthwhile watching. This one looks a lot better :).

Frightfest 2013 Trailer Boss Attack

Yarggh! Its Frightfest 2013 time again. Part of my Frightfest ceremony for the last few years has been sourcing the various trailers for the films that I want to watch over the weekend to work out ticket purchases and logistics. The last few years I've been putting the various links found online, an...

Re: Berberian Sound Studio

Finally got around to reviewing this in the form of haiku (with a bit more exposition after...) I have to say, the film was pretty odd, but loved the sound design and camerawork. Never going to be in my Top Ten though...

Re: Kill List

I was a little disappointed with the film, the acting was good, build up was tense and well worked, but the story ended up feeling confused. I'll leave this Spoiler-less, but... The Oppo relationship between the leads was interesting, but they came across more like mercenaries rather than special fo...
