I missed all that - saw Remnants in Discovery instead. In the 2012 programme, the first word in the Tulpla blurb was 'Giallo', which explains my decision-making...

My interpretation was that it made them fixated on doing whatever they'd been into in the first place - so the users craved drugs, the dancers wanted to dance... and they'd go postal on anyone who got in the way of their thing.

That really annoyed me. I didn't interpret it as her death, but I did think that it was horribly cheesy... (cf studio versions of Brazil & Blade Runner)

5/10 - arthouse nonsense. I didn't care who lived or died... and it's just as well because I couldn't tell who did - indeed, the arty upside down final shot didn't even tell me who the villain was. Maybe a script and some actors would have helped... but I'm pretty sure this plot was doomed to failur...

9/10 - horror themed comedy. The second act is slow, but it's there to set up the hilarious third act, so stick with it.
