Re: FrightFest ticketing 2015
When we order our Discovery tickets does each pass holder have to log in seperately with their individual barcode? My man and I have main screen seats together, but we would also like to be able to sit together in the Discovery screens. Both passes are booked in my name, so can I book our Discovery...

Re: New to Vue info

well the way it reads this time is that you register online for the discovery films on aug 23rd using your pass number and they will have been added to your pass when you collect it come the festival.

Re: New to Vue info

Re: FrightFest ticketing 2015
I'm sure Ian's in the same boat here as when you take on a company/software which allegedly delivers a ticketing scheme to a big football club you'd have every right to expect the thing to operate smoothly, especially when it's on a much smaller Frightfest scale. I'm sure Ian's as gobsmacked as the...

Re: FrightFest ticketing 2015
for what it is worth to the organisers my experience of the system was good. i was in the queue on my macbook and at 11:59 and thought i would try from another device in case the live system started a new queue or something. i wondered if, as mentioned above, the site would be smart enough to queue ...

Re: FrightFest 2015 dates for you diary
i've just recently moved south and was excited for frightfest to by my 'local' festival - i've been going to Grimmfest and Celluloid Screams the past few years - but to be honest all this talk of queuing in the streets and the online system being shoddy is putting me off. I didnt realise that ticket...
