You have to forgive me for being so sceptical but I always wonder about these claims.

I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would. I also felt a little sleepy but just about managed to stay awake for this one.

Liked this one a lot. Definately a Wicker Man feel to it and some amazing performances from the central actors.

I think the 'Auschwitz' line was an absolute corker. Almost as funny as 'Mirrors' but, sadly, not quite. Will make a late New Year's resolution to avoid big budget horror from now on.

Manhunt is out on UK DVD on 30th March. The date for the region 1 DVD of Martyrs keeps being put back. It is now the end of April but I am not holding my breath on that one.

Just bought and watched Jar City. Not a bad little thriller especially if you are into Wallander and that type of thing. Also bought Gone Baby Gone from HMV for £6. Bargain. Saving that one for after Glasgow.
