All sounds very well thought out and organised, last year one of the biggest bugbears was the discovery screen ticketing queues. Well done on seeking out a solution.

Wether a queue goes ahead or not I don't envy you trying to sort this out into something that works for a one off event.

So I can now actually get excited that FF is less than two weeks away - 2014 has been weird as normally i'm buzzing by this point but there's been a sense of indifference this year to the festival.
