Re: Discovery Screen Tickets
The concept of "queue" and "reservation" is totally missing. Right now wasting time clicking 15 times for the same movie, selecting a seat than gets taken by somebody else and restarting. Not too happy.

Re: Issue with booking - please help
Thanks. For now I've contacted them on Twitter, been advised to use the telephone number on the Frightfest contact page but it's busy (not sure though if it's really busy or it's because that same page says that they're only open Monday to Friday...)
Might try Facebook as well.

Issue with booking - please help
Guys I've got an issue already. The way the system work is that you select seats and then they take it off from you if meanwhile they've been purchased by someone else. This might happen very quickly without any alert, you just see your ticket disappearing from your basket if you're not quick enough...

Re: Discovery screen 'nepotism'.
Same. I always took it as a generic "try a more risky proposition" rather than "discover a new talent" at all costs.

Re: FrightFest ticketing 2015
Ok, second try went smooth.
I didn't need to use that back-button trick (hit it if you're stuck after selecting the seats) but I would still say it's the most important piece of information for those still trying to buy...
Good stuff, see you in August!

Re: FrightFest ticketing 2015
I thought that the concept of having a queue was that if you pass it then you should be in a place where the server has no reason to get stuck again...if you're on the buying section for longer than 15 mins then you're kicked out and put back to the end of the queu

Re: FrightFest ticketing 2015
Ok, so here's my experience up to now: - I join the queue at 11.35, it says "12 minutes" - I get in at 12:05 - I make my selection and confirm - site gets stuck on loading the payment screen for a good 15 minutes - suddenly the site refreshes and I'm back on the original queue, now saying ...

Hi Dominique,
I tried all weekend to swap tickets with Nic but couldn't make it.
We will do it on Festival day (I plan to get there earlier), then my other ticket is yours.
Is that ok for you?
