Does anyone know if there is any chance at all of further festival passes being made available for people to grab a pair? I need something to cling to! After trying for so long on Saturday, and actually getting a pair of passes in my "basket" on several occasions only for the payment syste...

Vue are tweeting that festival passes are all sold out.

6.5 hours trying and I couldn't get the tickets. Very, very sad - and I need a drink now!

It seems that the Vue booking system has a £300 limit so that two tickets at £170 cannot be bought together! Crazy.

The blame is with Vue, no one should be having a go at the FF boys.

Does anyone else think that Vue should refund the thousands of pounds they will have made from us all waiting on their 10p/minute telephone line to the FF boys to donate to a charity of their choice?

I was just told on the phone to Vue that the reason they cannot sell festival passes over the phone is because they are having the same problems we are with the computer booking. Someone else at Vue said they were told last night not to sell any on the phone. That means they knew about this yesterday.

I tried to give up trying - but I appear to still be on autopilot submitting my card details (which I now know off-by-heart!)

Any recent success stories to give us hope?

In conclusion: I've wasted 3 hours of my time. I've been charged multiple times for tickets I haven't got. I've given Vue £3 for the pleasure of waiting on a phone line for information they could have given in a recorded message (no festival passes). The customer service line is closed, so I have to...

So I get this error message after 2.5 hours of trying buy passes: "There has been an error with your booking and you may have been charged, please contact Customer Services on 0345 308 4620, tweet @vuehelp or email customerservices@vuemail.com" I ring the number but it's not open on weeken...

I've entered various card details a couple of dozen times - did anyone eventually get success after being declined?

Constant card refusal - don't know what to do. The funds are there.

No reflection on the FF boys, but Vue need an absolute kicking.
