The Glass Man
I loved this. Nyman carries the whole thing (not the last time that'll happen this weekend) and the other performances complement him brilliantly. The revelation was great. The whole thing executed brilliantly. So good.

Guffer. To many plot gaps but it might have been saved if we'd had some subtitles.

Bloody great. Loved it. Fucking loved it. Could have been on the big screen if it'd been delivered in a better format.

A Horrible Way To Die
Skipped that Emmerdale one to see this. I like the trippy visual style and disjointed time line that would have been a boring film told straight forward. Nice naturalistic performances and a bit of an indie oddity but well done in the end.

Better than it should have been and quite enjoyable but falls to
pieces when you sit and think about it. I liked that it was a nice clean house and not a TCM shite hole for once.

Richard Stanley's return to the screen with a Doctor Who monster. Tom Savini's cut price straight to video torture crap. Some maddness about sweets and feeders. Injecting eyeballs. Buck and Buddy's section were the best for me. Otherwise; no thanks.

I hate soundstage haunted houses. You could perform Phantom Of The Opera in the hall with complete cast and full props! The acting was very "hit your mark" stuff and the little girl seemed very schooled. The monsters were the Tooth Fairies from Hellboy 2. Not for me.

Me I have it on 3D Blu Ray.Mr Bill wrote:Just watched Drive Angry and enjoyed it for what it is, slick American trash.
I watched it in good old fashioned 2D, does anybody think films like this are worth the headache of wearing novelty glasses?

Interesting: BBFC have refused classification for HC2 on DVD however it may still be legally screened. Hands up who thinks Westminster Council would allow that?
