To be confirmed but yes, it looks like that is going to be the case.

Nah, I'll leave this as the moaning thread, the other one can be positive.FranksWildYears wrote: ↑Fri Jun 29, 2018 2:26 pmAgreed, especially when one had been posted not half an hour before this. Enough with the drama.ChrisReynolds wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 9:20 pm Edit: This thread should probably be merged into a general "Discuss the lineup" thread.

Re: FrightFest 2018 - Ticket prices
Which screen is for single ticket holders - the Arrow or Horror? Thanks It hasn't been confirmed yet, but as Arrow is the headline sponsor it would logically follow that they have the big screen with the weekenders in it and the smaller screen is Horror Channel with the single tickets, day passes e...

Re: 2018 Lineup Announced
North American Premieres of Takashi Miike’s LAPLACE’S WITCH So presumably this is the same film? Press release says Giordano Giulivi’s black-and-white marvel THE LAPLACE’S DEMON So it's specifically naming a different director. Curiouser and curiouser. :s EDIT: IMDB - The Laplace's Demon IMDB - Lap...

Re: Accommodation
I can recommend the £5 Hub breakfast to anybody who isn't bothered about a fry - half the price of Pret for unlimited quantities the same sort of stuff. Covent Garden Hub breakfast isn't unlimited, just a choice from a reasonable menu for £5. Still much better value than anything else nearby though.

Re: 2018 Lineup Announced
Do we know when the individual film pages will be added to the links from the main schedule page? I made a brew in expectation of an pleasant hour reading through them all/starting a draft Discovery list and it's all just Not Found and 404 errors at the minute <impatient> All working for me?

Re: Goodbye. Doesn't feel like FrightFest anymore.
(last year had Chucky and Leatherhead!) You need to hand in your horror card until you can get Leatherface's name right. I've only ever been to one FF, but are documentaries about the Sex Pistols and Flash Gordon normal for a FF Schedule? Seems that they could be used for some more hard hitti...

Re: 2018 Lineup Announced
Was there a newsletter to announce the line-up? I don't seem to have received one even though I completed the recent GDPR email. Still, thanks to DJ Benz I can read the lengthy note and start plotting disco films! That’s the press release that went out today. I’d guess the newsletter will be sent o...

Re: Accommodation
Northumberland House (part of LSE like High Holborn is) is just off Trafalgar square, about 10 minutes walk from the cinema and usually comes out about the same price as HHH. It's currently £391 for five nights in a single room starting Thursday 23rd. No breakfast, but all the rooms are en-suite and...

Re: Early suggestion for FF 2018
I'm so excited for the reveal, I have hotel and train tickets booked, now I just have to hope I can get a festival pass, especially as my hotel is non-refundable. You will definitely get a festival pass. It never sells out instantly and when it does eventually sell out, there are always a few...

Re: 4,341 films in a lifetime
I'd like to see Stevie Reeve's total for a lifetime. I know he's going to be an exception to the average, but man his total would be insane.
