Re: 3rd Night
This was a good watch...creepy enough and another twisted Australian thriller. Got myself a Cat mask (?!) Would have played well on the main screen too

Re: Meatball Machine Koduko
This was brilliantly mental! Knew what I was getting into and it didn't disappoint. If you've seen Tokyo Gore Police this is 2 gears up in terms of madness...well worth it....watch it with mates and if you drink...have a few drinks too!
Re: Mindhack
Kind of agree with the above....I sat down expecting some sort of mind struggle movie etc but it quickly became some teenage hack thing. I actually walked out to be honest and that was my first walk out at frightfest (I didn't watch shockwave and I really wanted to see where Tulpa went!)

Re: Tragedy Girls
I really enjoyed this...some of the dialogue was cringey (jelly) but I guess its made for the current generation too. Top film however and took me back to a teenager watching Heathers. Good work
Re: Inside
Decided to give this a go....didn't like it....messed up the ending...too Hollywood for me and too many plot holes. Wasn't to watch but the end dragged it down for me
Re: Freehold
This was so good...very funny and very poignant too. Like the acting of the 2 main guys too and I think it told a strong message too.
Well worth checking out, especially if you are an estate agent or have tried letting a house

Re: Better Watch Out
I didn't know what to expect here and as it transpires the film gives nothing away and you really walk away thinking...I didn't expect it to do that. Brilliant film and a great Christmas movie....was a bit creepy at times and may be that was intended but the power trip thing was a tad off but it wor...
Re: Ruin Me
This wasn't bad at all...a tad predictable given I had seen Fear Inc recently and it reminded me of that a bit. The film did slow down a bit and I'd have preferred build up to be quicker...but all in all an enjoyable watch....good one to check out

Re: Killing Ground
This was a cracking film..more so as it was first up...one major "you can't do that in movies" scene but they worked well and I liked this. I know for god damn sure I'm not going to the Australian outback for a holiday...forget that!
Re: Our Evil
I enjoyed this. I was told Double Date is good but was also told that Our Evil may not get a release soon so opted for this.
A slow burner but brutal in places and really well made for a debut feature

Re: The Duke Mitchell Party (No. 4)
Yes room issues aside I enjoyed this. Even tho the laptop kept crashing. Its always fun to have this in my agenda for frighlfest as it breaks up the festival well and we get to see some of the guests in a different light. Last year at shepherds bush it worked well that was a decent screen size... I ...
Re: Dhogs
Didn't enjoy this... the message was good but I didn't enjoy the way this film was put together.
Re: Lowlife
This was brilliant...one of my top 5 of the festival. Not only topical but grim enough to really grab you. The Legend Is All!

Welcome and congrats on joining the frightfest family.
We are a happy bunch most of the time...come say hello if you see any of us but don't be shy...every one is helpful and pretty much there for the same reasons you are
Enjoy!

Re: Discovery Screen Tickets
My input on this is simply that I too was frustrated at missing out on tickets or the slowness of the site but demand is high which is good but yes not ideal. I did tweet frighlfest highlighting the yellow tickets still being available issue and in the frenzy of it I can appreciate the frustration, ...
