Re: Scary horror
Insidious is great... my poor friend was physically shaking after the experience and one girl in our screening started crying, saying she didn't like it and she wanted to go home :) First time I saw it, I was touching cloth... loved it but then again despite my frightfest love, I'm a big girl when i...

Re: films we just saw
Everyone says I was way too harsh on Scream 4 but from someone who LOVED the original trilogy it was like my first born had gone into school with a hatchet and killed his classmates in a bloody mess, laughing all the way.... now as a parent I'd repremand him and then let him know of the wonders of p...

Re: films we just saw
Been dying at home for the past two weeks..... Not really seen anything. Sucker Punch was so so... if only they'd been a lil more Savvy with explaining things because I've spoken to folk and they still didn't understand what was going on. Hmmmmmmm JFK.... finally sat down to watch this one and ooooo...

Re: films we just saw
The Resident Brand new Hammer production with Hilary Swank moving into spacious Brooklyn apartment and terrorized by an unwanted visitor at night... This is getting terrible reviews but I really enjoyed it! But yes, it is pretty predictable for the most part... Terrible Reviews? NOT FROM ME!!! http...

Re: Little Deaths, Lots of Horror!
Totally agree... so wanted Little Deaths to be worth while but with a predictable first story, the poshes prossie in history in the second and an alright tale for the third... it was an underwhelming start and although still not as bad as Basement or Zombie Women of Satan, it still set the bar prett...

I was wondering that as well but I figure it was to show how low she'd sunk, even after the ordeal she had to survive because she knew they were looking for her... pew pew pew

Re: films we just saw
I've just crawled out of James Cameron's Sanctum and it isn't good. Some of the most inane dialogue you'll hear in 2011 and an almost complete lack of tension. When the best line is "That hole looks tighter than a nun's nasty" you know you're in trouble. To be fair to "Executive Prod...

Re: what dvds are we buying?
I want a 3DTV but I still think it's too early in the tech especially now they're going to do TVs where you don't need the glasses? wouldn't that urr be a hologram? I got me Piranha also on Bluray and a bunch of box sets as pressies over christmas. I bought Dogtooth on blu because it seemed to...
