[quote="giles edwards And speaking of The Happening : surely that misfire coupled with Lady In the Water (which I had the misfortune to suffer through completely baffled this past weekend) make the once rather great M. Night Shyamalan unfundable as the auteur as he has been up until now, no? I ...

I went to see an advanced preview of IGOR earlier. Yes, the kids film! It was fun and i did laugh a few times, but not to spoil it too much, but a suicidal immortal rabbit who keeps trying to kill himself and SPOILER ALERT- gets his face/back of the head accidently blown off!- is not what i call kid...

Oh my god!!! First time i had seen it. I bought the double usa/uk edition. How can they think to remake this?! This will be my first review for 'the bloody chamber' which will be coming soon.

It's pedro does the twilight zone! That's the only way i can describe it. And that's a good thing. I loved it. I just hope who ever directs it (it looks to be romero) gets a good cast and doesn't really crew around with the script too much. If they go with a man of the same age, then tony'monk' shal...

Twas a great film. I can already see the american remake?!

I didn't really twig to some of the (more obvious points) until the writer said. Maybe, that's why i felt so moved by it.

I don't get it, people LOVE re-animator, but bash this?

True, it's practically re-animator, but that's a good thing. This could spawn a sequel-maybe.

And i will watch it. The best scene has to be with emily, travis, the cop, and robert lasardo. If you didn't like that, then you got no soul!

Even though it's not horror, i came back awhile ago from seeing x-files 'i want to believe'. Apart from Duchovny (who was just great) and the really weird turn by billy connelly, this was too thrown together and way too late. The plot c0uld have been really good, but about half way throughish it wen...

I got round to watching 'let's scare jessica to death' last night.

Man, that's one weird film!

The music is so trippy and hypnotic. The plot kind of gets away from you sometimes, but in the end it's all good.

I love this film! I picked up a 'suspect' version at a film fair 4 £2, turns out it's got BOTH VERSIONS on it!

slither wouldn't be here if it wan't for this, and seen as slither is one of the best films i've seen in years, this totally rules!

What was the 3D like, was it the old cardboard glasses or these new-fangled fancy things? And, more importantly, what were the 3D trailers for? I saw it too, it's another Real 3D film. I thought the 3D was OK, it gets very blurry up close. And the 3D only makes it a passable movie! I only got one t...

I finally watched dementia 13 a couple of nights ago (as part of the 50 horror films box set i bought from canada) ($20 canadian dollars! 50 films-bargin. The plot has been used so many times since it's release. (even though Coppola totally took the plot from Hitchcock). The black and white adds to ...
