Re: Tower Block
Thought it was good change from not seeing zombies overruning a tower block. I thought it had tension and some moments of humour.
Re: Grabbers
Thought it was enjoyable late night film. Quite liked the monster and also the fact that you needed to be drunk to survive.

Re: Tucker & Dale vs EVIL
Oooh yes another highlight for me.
Really enjoyed this film. Love the twist in scenes in horror films. It is the red necks who are the peaceful ones and the teenagers who are trying to kill the red necks.
Also you get a love interest for a red neck!
Will be getting this on DVD.

Re: Vile
Thought it was just alright this film
Liked the idea there was countdown and how much pain someone has to go through for making perfume.
Silly but watchable.

Thought some the stories were weak. Liked the eyeball story. Good to see Udo Keir. Thought he wasted in this film.
Re: Detention
True this definatley a marmite film.
After half hour we walked out. Really was not in the mood for this film. Wanted something more trashy

Re: Kill List
Mmm not sure what to make of this film.
Starts off as mysterious sign on a back of a mirror, bumping people off and then ends up as pagan sacrifice. Not sure if I had micro snooze somewhere. Did not understand the ending. Planning to see this film again.
Hopefully get a better understanding.

Re: Larry Fessenden—Is a video of the full interview availab
I really enjoyed the interview with him. Seems like a really nice bloke and has a real passion for what he does. Being someone who knows nothing of his work. Just ordered on Lovefilm for Wendigo and the Last Winter. I thought the short tailers for his films by him was great idea. I thought he sounde...
Re: The Woman
Another highlight for me. Very engaging and disturbing film. The character of the son who was going the way of his father was chilling. The actress who played The Woman was excellent. Those animalistic eyes peering through the dirt of face. Surprise that there was another person, in the barn next do...

Re: Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark
Looked absolutely stunning. At times reminded me of Pans Labryinth.
Nicely paced with a few jumps. Quite like the creatures, when at times looked liked rats.
One of the rare occasions I have seen Katie Holmes in a film. I thought she was really good. Guy Pearce was just on the sidelines.

Re: A Lonely Place to Die
Another highlight for me. Again enjoyed this one. Lovely setting and at times gritted my teeth. At the thought of hanging off rock face to sheer drop. Nicely paced and building tension. Later in the film was not sure if the copper was involved. He did not seem that fussed with what happened to them.

Really enjoyed this one. I thought it be another dumb film
Liked the Tony Todd intro
Some really good deaths in this one and made good use of the 3D. Thought it was corker, the tie in to the first film.

Really enjoyed this film. A twisty turny film. Unusal story. Did get a bit confused at the end and I think due to tiredness, not the fault of the film.
This one I do want to see again. When I am alert and concentrate more.
