Great late night beer movie.

Just what I expected and he seemed like such a nice guy on stage after the film.

Relied too much on the sound to make the predictable jumps have any effect.

Felt like a rewrite of Them which I preferred as the antagonists remained a mystery until the end.

Loved it, one of my favourites.

Would love it if the Beeb put it on BBC1 as a Christmas Day Special!

Really good fun. The second 'guitar scene' went on a bit long for me and felt a little like a rock video in the middle of a film but otherwise I loved it.

Thought the lead actress was great.

A little slow and lacking in excitement for me, plus I was very disappointed that The Substitute didn't make it as it looked like it would have been a giggle.

Nice gentle start to the day and some subtle humour thrown in for good measure.

Kept my interest throughout.

Solid production values but a shame a British director has gone for the American teen market.

Even more of a shame that those obviously with some link to the film are now joining this forum to big it up unconvincingly.

Quite enjoyed this, liked the whole feel of the movie. Was a shame about the severe 'ghosting' at times. Heard Alan say before it that there wouldn't be any ghosting due to the way it was being projected so wondering if there was some sort of error in it's projection on the night? Picked me up a lit...

Liked this one. Looked great and had sufficient amount of suspense and gore to keep you hooked.

This was definitley a miss for me. Many scenes felt too long and just seemed to fizzle away to nothing. Not enough death scenes, the whole cricket thing could have been used more.

Wasn't funny enough to pull off the horror comedy thing.

Saw Journey To The Centre Of The Earth 3D at the Vue West End yesterday. Tame family movie but once the action kicks in it becomes quite watchable, especially in 3D. As usual with 3D, the depth of field shots work much better than the 'jump out the screen' gimmicky ones which 3D film makers seem to ...

The Ruins - Really surprised by this one - after some decent reviews and fairly good comments on here I was expecting at least a good popcorn horror. I found the pacing to be terrible - too many sitting around waiting scenes. OK so it is gory in parts but that doesn't make up for it's lack of actio...
