Hard to say, if you want to get specific seats then I'd say as early as possible, 6 or 7AM might be best. But if you're just after any seat then any time after 9AM would be fine, by the time tickets go on sale at 11AM there'll be a really long queue.

Nothing's been pulled, it's actually the opposite, the films just haven't been confirmed yet, which is why the delay in announcing has come about. It should all be in place soon and there'll be an announcement when things have been confirmed.

Beyond The Black Rainbow is great, but it played at Sci-Fi London back in 2011, not sure if that would discount it from being played in August, it only has slight horror elements as well. Maniac would be an interesting one to get in August, Elijah Wood would be a great guest to have as well.
