Maybe they just have an olde worlde concept of appropriate behaviour - trample entire continents 'for the good of mankind' but don't invade personal privacy/scare the horses? ;-)

Screenwriter Kristi Barnett is using Twitter to promote her horror movie Hurst.

“Promote” isn’t the correct word to use, though. Barnett is using Twitter as an interactive approach to start the story to Hurst.

The main character, Karen Barley, has just started using Twitter to document the current events in her life. Over the next few weeks, the everyday tweets will take a disturbing turn documented by videos, audio, and photos culminating in a final video on July 23, 2011.
