Can any one recommend a good foreign horror/tense thriller? I have seen the majority of the French ones e.g Inside, Martyrs, Haute Tension but not really aware of any others?
It has to be something that makes just go Wow!! when it ends

Ils/Them (French)
Antikorper/Antibodies (German)
Fritt Vilt/Cold Prey (Norwegian)

Are all excellent.

Not strictly horror but a thriller with some horrific moments - The Chaser (Korean)

The original of The Vanishing? (even older, I know!)
If you cut off my head, what would I say... Me and my head, or me and my body? What right has my head to call itself me?

Am biased on this one, but I don't post on here unless I really like the film;

Try Fermat's Room - out on DVD this week.

A great Spanish thriller described (possibly slightly wrongly) as "Pi meets Cube meets Saw" by Shivers magazine. Four maths geniuses are summoned to a house in the sticks on the premise of solving a great enigma. However, once there, they find themselves trapped in a room and unless they answer a succession of riddles, all four walls close in and they faced being crushed to death...
It's horrible... I love it... What is it?

I am probably wrong but thought King of The Hill was about the guy who gets his wallet pinched at the Gas station, although he did get his end away with a young ladie, then gets his car shot at and ends up racing through the hills with said girl whilst been shot at by mad strangers?

Or had i had one too many.....................................

Oh yes Quim *chuckles like a child*

I am sure there is a ginger fat kid who he drowns in the end. That movie was bad, but actually rather amusing at the same time.
