. Interesting comments thread too.
End of an era. Worrying times for print media. If starlog and Fango cant keep going. I didnt care much for the Fango website. Too much clutter on horrorwebsites in general imho so i dont bother with any.
Still say what you will i for one will miss the magazine itself. Despite the crap redesign.

Actually the web does seem full of info that can neither confirm or deny the fangoria problems. Alan Jones did Tweet that it looks like its over for them, lamenting that none of the contributors for the last issue seem to have been paid.
However one deluded Gorezone fan posted this especially delirious comment on the linked to article.
"FANGORIA have been a bunch of ass's for ages GOREZONE MAGAZINE has over taken them and is a much better read. "
Best laugh i had since looking in the bathroom mirror this morning

Pretty sure they've got a new editor in place now... one of the editors of Rue Morgue or something.
They guy that was in charge is still involved so don't expect anything to change.

I don't think I ever bought more than a couple of issues.

anyway looks like the next issue at least is going to be published as the front cover has been released. kind of a remake special.
incidently the two part stephen king article where he waxes on about whats scary is notably awful. The guy seems to have gone insane, his comments regarding the remake versus the original last house on the left read particularly dense.

A little more clarification on the fangoria rumours:
