Secuesto Express amd Fearless are both great, that's a killer double bill there.

Yes the Unlimited card is the best, makes life so easy, any film, any time anywhere, perfect.

I'm doing an Ultraviolet and Fearless double bill tomorrow night in Crawley... yeah, the unlimited cards are a godsend, although mine isn't valid for the central London cinemas which is a pain if I'm ever in London and want to see something... think I had to pay £8 to see Los Debutantes at the Shaftesbury Ave Cineworld last Summer.

Let us know what Ultraviloet is like, the only UGC it's playing at it the one in Putney, it's not playing at any of the central ones.

At FrightFest 2007 we should have Aeon Flux, Ultraviolet and Resident Evil back to back......or not.

There are some films you don't need to go see to find out if it sucks. You just know!

Then again.

Sometime I like to watch bad movies. So bad they are good.

Buckaroo Banzai anyone?

There's nothing bad about Buckaroo Banzai, it such a fantastic film, I love it so much, it so funny. How could anyone not like the team march at the end?

Aeon Flux was just so amazingly boring, so terrible and bland.

The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension is one of my favorite films.

Great cast!

Some amazing obscurities on DVD at the moment. Just watched Mondo Macabro's DVD release of rare French 70's exploitation flick DON'T DELIVER US FROM EVIL. Kind of similar to HEAVENLY CREATURES at times, it's a tale of two adolescent convent school girls who have an unhealthy interest in torturing budgies and graduate to humans, with the expected horrible consequences. Short on violence and melodrama, this flick has a quiet power, two brilliant lead performances and a haunting downbeat ending. Great to see stuff like this finally getting proper release.
