Rescoring Night Of The Living Dead

Hi all,

A group of electronic-musonauts (that word turned out not as well as I'd hoped) have been talking about sorting out a rescore to NOTLD for a while, and finally got around to generating a few parts recently. We've cut the rescore to a library of congress version of NOTLD (it was open-sourced a bit ago now…) but would have been much better to have gotten a cut with just vocals and no musical soundtrack at all.

My question to my fellow frightfesters is, does anyone know of a cut of the film which didn't have the musical soundtrack? I imagine Mr Romero would still be quite annoyed that the film is in the public domain now so not sure that he'd be up for sourcing this for us… but would be cool if anyone here knew of a cut we could use and re-score it ourselves with the speech track intact.
