I've had 'Date Rape' by Sublime in my head all day for some reason so, er, yeah, that, in my head... I'm not going to give in and find it on YouTube though (even though Ron Jeremy is in the video) because I have a feeling that actually hearing it will just make it worse rather than satisfy anything!
"But what if one of you is the monster?"
"Monster? We're *British*, you know..."

hmmm, note to self - probably don't say 'Ron Jeremy' and 'satisfy' in the same sentence again...

in preparation for next weeks gig
You're scared of mice and spiders, but oh-so-much greater is your fear that one day the two species will cross-breed to form an all-powerful race of mice-spiders, who will immobilize human beings in giant webs in order to steal cheese.

I've managed to kick that filthy Damned habit, now moved on to generous helpings of Roots Manuva and Rancid.

"Let England Shake" - PJ Harvey. Started off great and is sounding even better with repeated listens.

Hoppipolla by Sigur Ros - seemed quite fitting to tie to tribute for Nicholas Courtney (RIP)
