Wow. There I was, toying with paying £79 on amazon and thinking that was a bargain. Thanks for the alert - will go to HMV Milton Keynes tomorrow. 8)

I now have the Hammer box. Very nice. We need another one now with all the ones they (presumably) didn't have the rights to this time.

And am I the only one who's shuffled the inner boxes around to invert the cross? :twisted:

Well I am the unfortunate sod who can't get the damn thing to play. Keep freezing at the same spot( after the DVD Copying warning) for each of the films. Grrr. After two boxset attempts got a refund! :cry:

It's defo the encoding, I think I mentioned it to you. The Masters of Horror boxed sets had similar issues on some UK players. Weird and annoying!

that Hammer box set thats a real gem 21 films in the box, i saw that in HMV in Lincoln yesterday with a price tag of £40 down from £179,got my eyes on that this week 8) :D

Hoorah! Hoorah! 3rd boxset later. After checking at work. Played fine there. Got home still froze. This time skipped 1 troublesome chapter. Plays like a treat. Very happy bunny! :D

Just pre-ordered the kinda ridiculous US Blade Runner Ultimate edition in the fancypants silver briefcase.....and all because my Dad won't part with his freebie one the tight bastard!

I picked up a few cheap DVDs when in Toronto, got Disturbia, Black Snake Moan and Turistas (Paradise Lost) all for $10 each.

Also finally tracked down an Australian DVD release of P after bumping into director Paul Spurrier at this year's FF brandishing his very own copy!
