I also picked up 10 movies for £20 this weekend from Cash Converters:
Final Destination 2 - this filled the gap as I'd already got parts 1 & 3
Dog Soldiers & The Descent - having recently seen Doomsday I wanted to revisit Neil Marshall's earlier work
28 Days Later & 28 Weeks Later - I enjoyed the sequel as much as the original.
When A Stranger Calls - the remake, which was ok. Mainly bought it because Katie Cassidy's in it.
Azumi 2 - Haven't seen the first one yet but I have a copy on tape to watch first.
Super Bad 2 disc - enjoyed this when I saw it at the cinema and this edition has loads of extras
Jersey Girl - The only Kevin Smith movie I hadn't seen
DOA Dead or Alive - a bit of a guilty pleasure this one as I think it's a fun movie

The National DVD, whatever it's called.

However now that I'm on LoveFilm I've decided not to bother paying £15 for a DVD I'll only ever watch the one time.

I just bought:

The Wicker Man (1973)
The Descent
Hostel
Battle Royale I and II
Shrooms
Sickle
Crocodile
The Omen box set
Re-Animator special edition

Zavvi and HMV seem to have pretty good sales on at the moment. Think I managed to get all of the above for about £40.

I watched The Descent on Sunday night and found it really scary. I hadn't watched something that creeped me out for a while but this really did it. Very good!

WAZ and something called Gruesome arrived here today, I don't remember a thing about seeing WAZ at last years frightfest due to huge amounts of alcohol being consumed during Postal and Seed, so it's gonna be like seeing it for hte first time.

Here's one that I don't think I'll be able to resist ...

Anchor Bay's Masters of Horror Season 2 Limited Edition 'box' set ...

http://shocktilyoudrop.com/news/topnews.php?id=5821

I know it's just another chunk of plastic designed to make them more money, but you've gotta hand it to AB for their continued efforts with special packaging. I love by wooden box Wicker Man, Book of the Dead, Phantasm Sphere, Hellraiser Puzzlebox etc. Not to mention the great Coffin Box Sets.
I am going to resist their 30th Anniversary Halloween DVD set though. It's a great package, complete with Myers replica mask, but due to copyright issues only contains movies 1, 4 and 5 (plus the usual extras).

http://shocktillyoudrop.com/news/topnews.php?id=6952

That mask does look nice though.... maybe one day for a tenner in an HMV sale .. :D :D
I bet you think you know all about vampires ... believe me, you know f@*& all.
