Last Sunday I picked up Re-Animator SE for 50p at a car boot sale! I had to act like I didn't care so she wouldn't see in my face that I really really wanted it.

I virtually never buy DVDs as we have so many and also rent them, but I did notice that my local Poundland has 'The Horseman' on DVD, which was shown at FF09, I believe.

Check its the same one and not some equistrian documentary

CEX website you say, cheap.... hmmm keep me away

I like doing a tour of their shops as I have picked up all sorts of weird and wonderful stuff, normally about 7 or 8 films for around £30 ish. I just have to give myself an hour in the queue and make sure the disc is in a good state.

:P Deffo the same cover - although they may have sneakily slipped a different disc in!

I've been thinking about picking some of those boxes up. What's the quality like on them? And are they R1 or uncoded?

They're all R1 and I don't even have a Multi region dvd player at the moment, so I havne't seen a single one of them yet :) ended up buying all of them after I saw a torrent for hte Creeping Terror, which looked so goddamn aweful I have to buy it without even downloading it. Ended up with 36 movies instead of one download haha. And they say downloading ruins the movie industry :)
