Picked up Creepshow and Cube recently, had forgotten how much I loved both. Thank god for CEX and their eclectic selection of horror.

Thanks to all for mentioning CEX. I didn't know this place existed never mind that there are 3 stores local to me.

Swapped some stuff I had duplicated on DVD and Blu. Got Evil Dead 2 and Baise Moi (does that count as a horror film?) amongst others. They had Hostel 2 on blu for £4.00 but had somehow lost the disc.

What is the stock situation like at the Wood Green branch? Has there been a sudden rush on stock?

If you are looking for something in particular in their stock you can check their website and then check the individual stock levels at each store, saves searching all your local stores for nothing.

My weekly delivery just arrived, but without Quarantine 2

The fire at the Sony DADC warehouse on Monday will be having an enormous impact on many titles for some time to come.

I have been told that at this time we do not know when normal service will be resumed, so expect many new releases to simply not arrive in the shops over the next month or so, and blame the looters.

CEX is great for bargains but omg the queueing up and the staff are not exactly speedy. Also my tip for cex buying is check the disc for scratches

Haven't purchased any dvds bt finally got round to having sky installed in my flat, basically been recording 3/4 movies a night off the horror channel. A world of horror B-Movies at the touch of a button, bliss!!

Also, never really been an Argento fan bt after watching Demons on horror channel I'm converted, bought suspiria on blu-ray, how have I lived without seeing this film!

Call myself a horror fan, tut tut. Lol.
