A pleasant surprise. Lots of flaws here and there, but in the end I kind of felt the love for the southern culture the director was talking about, and that alone was refreshing enough for me. The rock'n'roll touch was great.

Fun fun fun. We all knew what the story was and where it was going...but it made no difference, a great ride.

The creatures looked kinda ropey to begin with, but under the harsh and bright interior lights they looked fantastic.

From the moment 'elvis' stood on the landmine this had won my heart over...fingers crossed we get some more Southern Fried Goodness.

NORMA FOR US PRESIDENT !!

This was everything I was expecting. Bags of fun, humour, gore, craziness and the characters were great. The film was well done and the director understood the spirit of this kind of horror movie totally. Norma kicks arse or ASS as she would say in her southern accent. This was the first film we saw and when I viewed the trailer on the FrightFest website when deciding on what films to buy tickets for, I knew I was going to see this one.

Even though I loved Martyrs, The Chaser, Mum and Dad and Autopsy, there is a special place in my heart for this one. Im buying it for my collection. Well done FrightFest for putting this one on the bill.

NORMA RULES :)

I kind of found myself wanting them to be friends in the end... the goth girl to be "semi-killed" to become happy part of the family... one big hug, the devil winks, end credits... :?

(goes to the psychiatrist)

Really enjoyed this one as well. Zombie guitar playing rednecks. You can't go wrong with that. Loved the make up!

Fun is the word here - was tons of it! Good effects too, but just a simple entertaining romp throughout :)

I wasn't as keen on this as most of the other people I spoke to... I thought it started out really well but once the teens turned up it became quite predictable, although some of the deaths were a lot of fun. Would have made a good film for one of the late night slots.

I enjoyed this but not as much as I expected to, and it didn't really stick with me at all afterwards like the really good ones do.

A fun way to pass the time but probably wouldn't watch it again.

This was my first film I saw at this years FF

And to be honest it was a good piece of work, it made me chuckle, it made me smile, it appealed to my sadistic side in places...

It was a good piece of work, showing that horror does not always take itself too seriously!

Good fun...
