much much better than i expected.
totally love the original story and was reluctant at seeing it padded out too much.
But much of the additions served to heighten the darkness of late night cities and to give the finale an even grimer tone.
It fails only due to not including as much of the underground beings as the original story.
the partner and the friend investigating Mahogany's apartment was no where near as annoying as the bit in Eden Lake where the plonker goes into the thugs house
