Pig Hunt

Post by ghouldrool »

Just what you need to top the night off. A massive, half blind, drooling (practical effects) PIG!
:D
Take that Razorback!!!

It inspired a dash for a bacon muffin

Lol.

I dozed a little during this, got a bit bored of the predictable rednecks. So I can't really give a proper opinion on this one.
Thanks for the ride, sir.

I really liked this one until near the end - it was a really fun romp with some good performances however it could have really done without the evil hippies. Pigs and rednecks was enough.

Sorry ghouldrool, fun though it was it was no Razorback!

for clarifications sake i have to say i only meant the design of the pig itself versus the Razorback.

Could have worded that in some way that actually resembled what i meant to say.

I liked it... wasn't the best film in the world but would create a mild supply of entertainment.

Lady with a HUGE gun... how could you go wrong? Map drawn on dirty picture.... even better... :D

GIANT PIG!!!!!

BReakfast!!!

Must admit fatigue had set in by that stage so I didn't have much patience with Pig Hunt.... it wasn't awful, but I thought it could have done with a bit more humour, Wrong Turn 2 stylee.

The audience didn't seem to get into it much - no cheering at big-gory-death moments. Maybe we were all too tired.

I actually think it's best if the last film of the night is a piece of really shoddy cack - something to laugh at, rather than with. Like Heartstopper a couple of years ago.

The long journey of the pig hunt wasnt worth the pay off at the end,it just went on forever,a dull film that doesnt know what the hell its about,a sad note to end the night on.

Really tired by this one, needed something to re inject me and this wasnt it, felt that the film didnt really know what it wanted to be...killer boar film? Mad red necks on a killing spree? Nutty hippies or just an excuse for some T and A? Idea though, get rid of all except the giant boar, kill it by harpooning it with heavy barrels until it is exhausted and get Chief Brody to blow it up at the end...call it Boars..what do you mean copyright issues!!!!
Yeah but its a dry heat!

This was ok but nothing special - was expecting so much more - worth catching on DVD only.

Was getting a bit dozy during the film. Liked the various deaths. It was watchable in a half sleepy kind of way....

Arrgh. A bit of a whimper to end on, albeit a very loud, squealing one. Military hardnuts and redneck hillbilly idiots charge around the woods in pursuit of each other and a giant pig, and get involved with a bunch of mad naked hippies. It's rubbish. Sorry.
