You expect a bit more from Romero, some intelligence, some social commentary, some kind of message. The thing about trying to teach the zombies to eat something other than human flesh was stupid, what would be the point?

And why bother with the "twins" subplot? Just another silly movie cliche, and in this case totally irrelevant.

But...... I really enjoyed it as a dumb, funny zombie movie. No complaints on that level. Better than Diary, certainly better than Land.

George gives us Big Country with zombies, and as a fan of both zombies and westerns I loved it. Doesn't come close to Night/Dawn/Day but then few horror films do
