7/10 - too slow at first, but takes an interesting approach to the subject and the plot twists work well. jonbly particularly liked the main character's morales wobbling this way and that as survival fights with his desire to do the right thing.

Interesting little ultra low budget kind of vampire flick. The picture isn't great as is a bit blocky and "digitised" and was possibly being blown up larger than it is designed to and the sound seemed off to the left a bit, but an admirable attempt to do something different with the genre. Good performances too. 7/10

Sparse vampire film, in the vein of 'Martin' and 'The Addiction', that explores the dark side of what it means to be a vampire - and a human. I loved the realistic and bleak tone - in sharp contrast to many recent vampire films this one has bite. Only quibbles are that some of the plot is a little predictable and there could be more bloodshed. 8 / 10

My first stinker of the week: I just thought it was dull and it did nothing for me at all.

I liked this a lot, if there had been a pilot episode of Angel made on a low budget, it would have been something like this - dark, gritty and bleak story about someone trying to come to terms with what they really are. Nice addition to the fest, it's always good to see indie films like this.

Bloody great. Loved it. Fucking loved it. Could have been on the big screen if it'd been delivered in a better format.
