It wasn't her husband, the husband and wife were both alive and on the same side of the river at that stage. And they were specifically asking where the guy was, she had to tell them something had happened and express the urgency of the situation.

But you're right, there were a few unlikely moments....

I had expected more from the closing film but this was still a solid enough movie

Another highlight for me.

Again enjoyed this one. Lovely setting and at times gritted my teeth. At the thought of hanging off rock face to sheer drop.

Nicely paced and building tension. Later in the film was not sure if the copper was involved. He did not seem that fussed with what happened to them.

An Outstanding Frightfest, the best for a while.

Really loved this film, Incredibly suspenseful, kind of like a scottish SOUTHERN COMFORT. Good to have a great Suspense film set in the mountains, the opening sequence up there with Cliffhanger. The cinematography was first rate, storyline superb and bought to life by a great central performance from Melissa George. A Triumph.

I was TRAUMATISED!!!! Poor Melissa going through all those knocks and bumps... getting shot at. When that guy died first off, I had to question how he got down there because I was too busy staring at Melissa's bottom... DOH!!!

Beautiful film and I did like the transition of pace from the mountains to the town... although the shift between the two was pretty swift!

I thought this was a superior thriller, very intense, and a blistering choice to end the fest. Plenty of spills and thrills set in gorgeous scenery, while I loved the inclusion of the village festival. There was also the shock early death of who I thought was going to be the male lead. I too thought Melissa George seemed harder to kill than Rasputin! 9 / 10

very good liked the mountain scenes and thought this was well made

A solid horror thriller with some good mountain stunts, but nothing really special to set the film apart from so many others- a bit of an anti-climax to finish the fest on.

A little underwhelming, to be honest - although that may be a slightly unfair assessment, founded upon my hoping for a barnstorming finale to the weekend. Had this movie shown up at 2pm one afternoon, I'd have probably appreciated it slightly more.

If only they'd left the girl in her hole or, better yet, never actually found her in those miles & miles of woodland, a lot of innocent (albeit slightly annoying) people would still be alive

Generally I quite enjoyed it as a decent action thriller, although it's odd that someone who can climb the Cairngorms using only one hand suddenly can't get out of a first floor window...
