So, only a week or so to go, are we all prepared for 5 days sat in a cinema? I mean actually prepared for sitting there - same seat, 15 hours a day. No matter how comfy the seats (and the Empire seats aren't too bad) it is still hard going.

How do you keep comfortable in there?

Personally I take the pillow from HHH and stick it behind my back for a bit more support, and have even taken slippers in there one year!

But what do you all do?

I just make sure I get up and move around between films. And skip a film here and there to go for a walk. I'm sure almost everyone does this, but I can't remember actually feeling uncomfortable at any point during previous festivals.

I am bringing scuba diving diva gear and a paddling pool for breaks.

I use transcendental meditation.
... or a box of Nurofen when the leg cramps get too much.
(NB: That's why I usually try to get an aisle seat. Absolute bliss to stretch a leg or two during the long sessions. Although I think I tripped up Paul or Ian during one year...)

It's the leg cramp that gets me, yes. Although that might just be because I fidget too much and my brain starts messing with me. "You've not moved your legs for a while, better do that now... don't forget about your legs.... how are your legs doing now....". Stupid brain.

I often get cold in cinemas so I make sure I have a light jumper/poncho to keep warm.

I also wear socks that are long enough so when pulled up they go over the knees incase the legs get a bit nippy to avoid cramps - thigh high socks even better.

This time Im going to see if I can get a little cushion that I can fit in my bag.

God I sound like such an old granny lol :)
