Collect your ticket on the door?

Hi All. Bought my ticket a couple of weeks ago. Does one collect from reception on the day - or are the tickets posted. Haven't had anything in the post so assumed you present your credit card on the day....

Please let me know.

you can pick them up from the Box office, or from one of the machines on the wall
