Just wondering if there are any regular Fright Fest places that attendees in Glasgow stay in (much like High Holborn is when in London)?

When I've gone I've stayed in the Thistle hotel as it's literally just around the corner from the cinema, it's reasonably priced and (most important) the bar stays open til 3am!!

That's where I'm staying. But, how did you manage to get it for £29.00 both nights? I got that for Friday but it was over £100 for Saturday.

Me & fellow forum user Donut have seen quite a few reasonably priced places along Renfrew Street via Hostelworld.

Google Maps has a few of them as a 4 minute crawl or stagger away from the front door of the GFT. About twenty quid a night per person, based on a twin room (bonus: en suite!).
