In the phone queue now - but have started going backwards in the queue! Looks Vue can't even get phone bookings right

just got told on the phone they can't book festival passes only day passes? doesn't sound right to me...

Really, really annoyed. Just spoken to Vue cinemas (and, after a 20 minute wait - paid £2 for the privilege). The girl I spoke with told me that they were told LAST NIGHT that they would 'physically not be able to book tickets" for Frightfest over the phone.
When I asked why they didn't, at least, tweet this out - she said that she didn't know.
She suggested that I pop into Vue cinema to pick up the tickets in person. I live in Bristol. However, I am getting the feeling that doing so will be slightly more time effective than dealing with Vue.

yeah she wouldn't sell me a festival pass even after speaking to a manager. told to try again in an hour and they're looking into the website issues. not much help.
