Absolutely gagging for this. Not that past years fill me with confidence, but I'm still hoping for Crimson Peak as the closing film.

Oh Alex, are you hoping for flying pigs as a guest of honur too? ;P

Most recent I heard was that Ti wasn't quite finished with post yet, and Blumhouse was looking at a Venice later this year as a gala premiere or 2016. We can dream though.

My hopes are

Opening: Crimson Peak
Closing: Green Room

All I can say about the @Film4FrightFest '15 line-up is that the genre is in great health this year - so many ideas and fresh takes..

Opening Film4 FrightFest is the European Premiere of David Keating’s CHERRY TREE, starring Anna Walton (HELLBOY II: THE GOLDEN ARMY, SOULMATE), Sam Hazeldine (’71, ‘Peaky Blinders’) and Naomi Battrick (‘Waterloo Road’). Keating directed the acclaimed WAKE WOOD for the revamped Hammer label, and here offers another blood-freezing rural nightmare that’s a provocative and compelling twist on the pagan cult chiller.

Closing Film4 FrightFest is the European premiere of the stunning anthology TALES OF HALLOWEEN, an unbelievably thrill-packed ode to the spooky season by a tight-knit collective of popular horror filmmakers. Not only is this celebration of the treasured October holiday a terrific homage to such beloved classics as Dr. TERRORS HOUSE OF HORRORS and TORTURE GARDEN, it also represents a potted history of FrightFest’s shining heritage due to much of the talent involved both on screen and behind it being our special guests over the past sixteen years.

Although I'd never heard of it until now, CHERRY TREE does sound excellent and could be very creepy.
I'd read about TALES OF HALLOWEEN before, it sounds like it's in good hands with Neil Marshall and others involved.
