Discovery screen tickets

Post by scarebear »

Hi all.

With the box office opening tomorrow for individual tickets, just wondering when us day/festival pass holders will be able to get their discovery screen tickets? Slightly concerned that they may all go once they all go on sale to tomorrow before we get a chance to get them?

I know for a fact with my Monday day pass that there is one film which is becoming popular in these forums that I want to see.

Any ideas?

They set aside a certain number of seats in each discovery screen for day pass and weekend pass holders, which don't go on general sale. So don't worry, there will be plenty of seats available for us when the time comes to book them! :)

From my purchases just now, it looks like about 1/3 on general sale the rest unavailable /reserved for pass holders

I must say that was a pretty smooth experience in buying seats for two screenings in different screens on different days.
Nice work, internet ticketing agency :-)

It's the first one to sell out - what's the big attraction?

Are Never Let Go and Aaaaarrgghh sold out in the fact that they won't be available once the weekend pass holders can apply free tickets on the 23rd?

I know this has been answered before - a friend ordered my ticket, so what do I need from him in order to choose Discovery films next week?

Seat number? Barcode number?

Everyone who has an eligible ticket will get an email next week, most likely on Saturday with all the instructions that you need to get your discovery screen tickets. Relax, it is all in hand. We are fine tuning the ticketing system at the moment to make sure it all works smoothly.
