It's usually free entry up until 2am, then if you want to stay from 2am to 6am and have breakfast you need to buy a ticket in advance.
That's been the situation previous years, but there's been nothing announced about the late night ticket this year.

Nothing has changed. Free entry to 2.30 pm. If you stay for breakfast you need to get a ticket, but theses can be bought at any time over the weekend including at the pre-festival drinks for 2pm, which the year will be at the Phoenix.
