Edit: take that back, it's asked for a credit card - can't be certain I didn't press the wrong button so probably my mistake there

Initially very slow, but once the panic settled down I got my 4 tickets no problem. Now all I have to do is find someone/where to print them out...

Got all but one of the tickets we wanted, but somehow my other half's account is showing he has 6 free tickets to Enclosure booked rather than just 1, although I only selected 1! Can I cancel the extra 5? Dont want to be depriving other people of getting tickets.

i just went to get discovery tickets, worked well thanks buutt both me and my gf ended up with two tickets to films:

she has two for HOSTAGE TO THE DEVIL, i have two for UNDER THE SHADOW. Not sure if best to send them back to Frightfest, can Ian help? Or, can send them to people who missed out and want them?

Send me the ticket order number of the ticket you don't want and I will cancel and next time, just hit the buy button once. If the site didn't respond straight away people are hitting the buy button again, hence the double tickets.

Too slow for my tired old comp, so I switched to my mobile and it worked much faster.

As Ian said elsewhere - don't forget to log out at the end, as this frees up space for other users.

Forgot to add the Discovery film we missed out on was Siren, so I would be interested to know if anyone accidently has 2 spare tickets for that!

Hi, I completed the transfer of my my second purchased festival pass to the actual seat user as requested yesterday. Recieved notification that the transfer was successful in an email cancelling the ticket from my list. However the recipient is not able to view/download their pass as expected.
My ticket portal is also showing a Registration Status of "Not Completed" for the transferred pass. Please advise, Regards.

Transfer Completion Email sent to "Spam Folder" of new phone. Retrieved and completed ok, Thanks for your swift response, Ian. Cheers

I just tweeted Frightfest about the day pass holders not being able to get tickets. They advised us to email frightfest@mac.com with the problem so you may get some joy there. I am currently talking to Ian so hopefully something will get sorted out.

If anyone, especially with the day pass, is still experiencing difficulties in getting discovery screen tickets, I've now got to the bottom of the issue and can resolve the matter relatively easily and quickly. Drop me an email on the frightfest@mac.com address and are have a look at it and sorted out.
