I bought two Day passes for Thursday for me and my friend. I got an email saying to complete my purchase to activate the ticket. But my friend didn't get the same email as me he got just an metal saying i sent him a ticket for a pass on Thursday. How does he activate his ticket?

By metal I take it its autocorrected from email?
The email should have a link to download the ticket, which will take you to the nutickets site and download as a pdf.
